Do you travel outside of the Blue Mountains?
Absolutely!! We can travel almost anywhere in New South Wales to create your dream day. No travel costs apply for elopements within the Blue Mountains, Hawkesbury & surrounds. However additional travel fees will apply outside of these regions.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
In the circumstances that you need to cancel your booking you will be entitled to a FULL refund of all instalments paid (excluding the non-refundable deposit). However notice of cancellation must be at least one month prior to the wedding date to be entitled to your refund.
If we book one of your all-inclusive packages, what else do we need to organise?
When you book with us, all you need to take care of is your dress, suit & any make-up/hair-styling you want for your special day. Invite your guests & leave everything else up to us! Our packages include your celebrant, photographer, elopement co-ordinator, floristry, seating, ceremony design, set-up & audio!

What if we need to postpone?
In the circumstances that you need to postpone your booking, no additional fees will apply. Postponements are subject to availability & must be approved in advance.

How long in advance should we book?
Sooner is always better than later to secure your preferred date but we can make magic happen in a matter of months. There is a 2 month minimum requirement for bookings to ensure we can bring everything together. This also ensures we can lodge your NOIM form no later than 1 month prior to your wedding date.
